    Need advice on my workout

    i am 19, 5'8, 175 with probably around 15-18% bf. i want to start cutting soon and i want to get my workout program correct. i have decided to do a 3 day split with cardio and ab work on non-workout days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). Anything i can do to make this better, please post. any help is greatly appreciated.

    Monday: Chest & Triceps

    Bench Press 2X8
    Incline Dumbell Press 2X8
    Decline Bench Press 2X8
    Flies 2X8
    Weighted Triceps Dip 2X10
    Cable Pushdown 2X10
    Skull Crushers 2X10

    Wendesday: Legs & Shoulders

    Squats 2X8
    Leg Press 2X8
    Leg Extension 2X8
    Lying Leg Curl 2X8
    Smith Standing Calf Raises 2X8
    Sled Calf Press 2X8
    Shoulder Press 3X10
    Lateral Raise 3X10
    Rear Lateral Raise 3X10

    Friday: Back & Biceps

    Bent Over Row 2X8
    Front Pulldown 2X8
    Lying Row 2X8
    Shrugs 2X8
    Standing Cable Bar Curl 3X10
    Preacher Curl 3X10
    Hammer Curl 3X10
