that chart is a joke, there is no science behind it. there way to many variables that decide gains in LBM for it to be spelled out that easily.
I found this chart in a book i was reading.
You find your lean body mass (not total body mass) and it tells you the max amount of lean body mass that you can possibly gain in six months, without using anabolics obviously. It also tells you the minimum required amount of protein you need.
Can of the pros verify the validity of this chart?

thats what i figured..... but do you think its in the ballpark? lol. I was thinking (and hoping lol) that the figures were on the lower end.


#1 - the protein requirements are too low
#2 - according to that chart the more LBM you have the easier it is to gain LBM. it is the exact opposite in real life, especially for the highly trained individual.
