hi all.. some stats first. im 18, 6'0, 165 lbs.
im in a bulking phase now and my work out goes like this
mon: chest / tris
bench= 3x6-8
incline= 3x6-8
decline=3x6-8
flys=3x8-10
tuesday= rest ( dont know if i should do HITT cardio or not) advice needed
wed: back
lat pull down: 3x6-8
DB row:3x6-8
pull ups:3x8 ( or however many i can do which isnt much)
seated cable pull(dont kno exact name):3x6-8
deadlift:3x6-8 sometimes 8-10
thrusday: same as tuesday..need advice
friday: bis/shoulders
preacher: 3x6-8
DB curl:3x6-8
hammer curl:3x6-8
conentraion curl:3x6-8
military BB press: 3x6-8
cable cross over:3x6-8
DB raises(straight arm lift);3x6-8
saturday:legs
squats:3x6-8
calve raises:3x8-10
leg press:3x8-10
lunges:3x6-8
sunday: rest
is this a good workout or should i switch to a HITT style lifting regiment with more simplified and explosive moves such as bench,squat,dead, and others???
