Dont think Im goth or anything but, any kind of Death/Hate/Killing Metal. A few examples would be Slipknot or Six Feet Under (mostly them), they have a way of getting you going.

The entire Flaw "Endangered Species" album minus their song "Wait for Me" and Breaking Benjamin's "Firefly," "Breakdown," and "Sooner or Later" tracks are all good. Plus I listen to some Taking Back Sunday and one of my favs is Metallica's "King Nothing"

Bittersweet Symphony by the Verve. Starting off my bench workout with that song is awesome.
Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

Becoming by Pantera ...good lyrics to max out to....
"A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done. The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender." ~Vince Lombardi

the real question is how can all of u just listen to rock and heavy metal? doesnt that stuff give u a headache
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
