    is this routine any good?

    i wanna try this routine

    mon : chest/biceps/hiit
    tue: back/abs
    wed: light cardio 30min.. swimming probebly
    thu: legs
    fri: shoulders/ tri / hiit
    sat: off
    sun: off

    my gym is closed on sunday... and on saturady im usualy to tired to go

    I wouldn't work your biceps then your back on two consecutive days--your biceps will be blasted and you won't be able to lift heavy on back day. What if you switch legs with back and abs?

    How about abs more then once a week? Enless your not concerned about a strong core.
