    Arrow Bench press record!!!

    What is it? I saw the guy bench 1,000lbs. but heard it was broken. True?

    The highest I know is 1,005 by that same guy.
    Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.
