Thread: Fast-Abs

I just got back from the gym today, and I noticed this guy was shwoing people his fast abs device, so I went over there and asked if he could show me to see if it works. He placed the gel on the little pad and then put it on my forearm, and I was scared shitless once the contractions started. They were strong, so strong that my two fingers (index and middle finger) contracted and so did my wrist. I could actually feel the muscle working, after I calmed down a little cause I was so scared. I don't know if it actually gives you results, but damn, those things can really work a muscle group, cause I could feel it after I took it off. Have anyone else felt these things before? And if so, any results or is it just a good machine to use for toning or what?

P.S. I also asked him where he got it and he said $40 at Sportsmart, I think that was pretty cheap for that when on TV and other stores they are around $60+

people would be so much better off if they just stuck to what we know is gonna work.
