Question Chest & Tris+Bis on same day bad idea?

    Hey all,
I have to shave a day off of my routine. The Bicep/Ab Day. And I wanted to know if there is there any good reason why not to add the Bicep to Chest/Tri day. The reason I ask is I have had good results doing Chest/Tri days, but also good results doing a dedicated arm day (Max-OT). Any info would help a brother out.

add it to your back day...would seem to make the most sense. Personally, if I'm doing an ARMS day...that's plenty of a workout for me. I like chest/tri, back/bis myself...

It's not a split I've heard of before, but that doesn't mean it won't work. I think it's totally viable.

    You had a Bicep/Ab day?
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

Chest is my shortest routine, my leg day is long and Back day is coupled with shoulders so its fairly long in comparison too, so that why I would like to try it on chest day.

Yeah, it seemed to work alright for me too, but due to my schedule I must condense....
