Well, post your w/o schedule and your diet. Well go from there
I started back training about 2 or 3 months ago and it seems like I haven't gotten a decent night's rest. I don't know what it is. I am eating a hell of a lot better since before I started training and I have been taking multivitamins and trying to set asie 8 hours of sleep, but when I wake, I still feel drained. What you guys think it is/ has it happened to anyone else?

Do not set aside more time for sleep than your body needs. If you oversleep, you will cause this same drained energy tired all day effect.
