Hey all,

I am new, Im a 26 male, and have been a little overweight for a few years, and have decided I have had enough. Im about 5' 8", and 185lbs. I have joined the gym, and would like advice on a routine that helps with lifting, and cardio. I am not sure of how to work the right muscles, and when. Can someone give me some pointers. Ofcourse I want bigger bi's, and nice pecs with the 6 pack, not the kegg....lol. I understand Time and Dedication are key, now, I just need a plan. Thank you for any help.
