Post Workout time

How long should one workout for? I personally workout for 1 hour a day. Is that too little?

Little on the high side, actually.

Hormonally, working out for 25 minutes the spiking insulin post workout is the way to go.

Try to get out of the gym in 45 minutes or less.

I keep my weight training to one hour. I'll do an additional 20 minutes of cardio on days that I do cardio. We I go mountain biking, that workout lasts up to four hours. Yes, it's a workout.

k

Cause some people were bitching at me saying I'm wasting my time in working out. Cause real bodybuilders workout about 3 hrs a day every single day.

And I told them, no, actually they don't. They workout on different days and for like 1 -2 hrs.

Anything over 45 minutes is detrimental.
