    Some good books

Here are a couple of good books you might want to see and read. You can look at them at a good bookstore, see them at www.amazon.com or have your local library get them for you if they do not own them already:

King, Ian, THE BOOK OF MUSCLE, Emmaus, Pa., Rodale Press, c2003

Evans, Nick, MD, MEN'S BODY SCULPTING, Champaign, Ill., Human Kinetics, c2004

Check them out and see what you think of them.

    Take Care, John H.

    Hi Tony,

I saw it at www.amazon.com and I copied the information. I am going to ask the local library to purchase it. I am familiar with Ellington Darden for sure. For some reason I was thinking this title was a revision of an earlier book he wrote of a similar title.

If you get a chance check out Nick Evans (MD) book. He writes for MuscleMag International, Ironman magazine and American Health and Fitness. He also works out himself and is a medical doctor. He says a lot in just one book that is very helpful, those beginning or even those into Bodybuilding for awhile can really benefit from his book.

    Thanks for the information!

    Take Care, John H.
