    need help

    Well I have been working out for a little while, but nothing like I am starting to. My goal is to be able to compete in competitions next year. But I need help setting up my "diet" I am 18yrs, 5'9, 150lbs.... so would I need 2700 calories and 150g protien? What else?(yeah I need help on what to eat also) I eat chicken almost every day......

    hmm I also need a better work out plan... I can work out every day so can someone plz help me?

    thanks alot guys, and I really cant wait to start training hard/eating right/ and competing!!!

    slow down son. One step at a time. No one is just going to give you all your answers. You have a lot of work to do. For diet related questions, check the diet forum. If you want ideas on training, continue to read here, as well as checking the online journal section. Happy reading

    Man there are so many different training options. Just keep reading threads in the training section and you may want to check out some of the online journals if you need ideas.

    I go 5 days on, 2 off. But you gotta figure out what works best for you.
