    Wondering

    How can I get the bumps on my pack to come out more? seems like my abs just get bigger all over but I want the bumps of the abs out more so you can see them from the side more. I do cable crunches and weighted leg lifts.

    Decreased BF + continuing weighted ab work, will help but it's really a genetic thing
