    Make YOUR legs grow

as many of you know, my bi's suck. from the time i started training, they always lagged behind. a few months ago, i discovered a very subtle "technique" if you will, that actually made them grow. now, they're improving like never before.

my legs, on the other hand, have always been good, although i couldn't understand why the outer teardrop wouldn't grow as well as the inner part of the quads.

i think i was put together differently than most people, as i am slightly pigeon toed, while my knees don't point straight ahead. same thing with my arms.

so i figured, if i could figure out a way to tweak my arm training due to my weird biomechanics, i could do it with my legs.

thus i've finally found something that works my legs in a totally new way.

as was the case with my arms, it's difficult to describe, but here goes....

stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart and toes pointing forward. now, keeping your feet flat on the ground, you're still able to "twist" your knees, so that they point a little more "inward" or a little more "outward".
well, it's the "inward" twist that you want.

I've been doing this on leg extensions, presses, hacks etc. etc., and i can feel and see the difference in every consecutive leg w.o., just like as was the case with my arms.

i know its confusing, but give it a try.
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

I think what happened is that you shocked your legs a little when you changed stance, have you changed your rutine lately?
