    cut/toned

can anyone give me some help as to get more toned/cut? mostly in the abdominal region. and is there any good supplements that will help? i have some definition in my stomach now, but definitely not a 6 pack. i do crunches on the ball, off the ball, flutter kicks, and a couple of more exercies about every day. is there any better exercises to do?

also, i've been taking creatin and whey protein.

    thanks alot

Diet. Abdominal exercises will do nothing to get rid of the fat in that area. Visible abs are all about having a low body fat %.

Its not about weight or height...he wasnt saying that ur fat, but abs will only pop thru, no matter how developped they are, if u can manage to attain a fairly low bf%. Keep training ur abs, maybe add some weighed exercises(maybe not every day...Abs are resilient, but If ya give em a good wooping everytime, u shouldnt train em daily) and have a close look at ur diet.
