    Throwing Up

Have any of you worked so hard in the gym that you threw up? What are the effects of doing it?

I ask because I threw up today for the first time in my life. Just sort of wondering.

    Ya, and it sucks.

Effects? An upset stomach. Nothing to worry about, Id say.

It might screw up your protein intake for a little while, etc, but its ntohing very serious.

What lifts were you doing when you got sick? My times were usually either squats or bicep lifts.

i've never thrown up working out, but i've come awfully close to passing out, almost did today. as a matter of fact, almost every leg day.

I puke on a regular basis on leg days. I sometimes do on chest/back days. And I did for my first time on an arm day, I was happy. The other day I did puke blood and was a little concerned about that, but it hasnt happened since so I think I will be ok. I plan on visiting the doctor again if that does happen.

In an earlier thread I said I puked regulary and people seemed to think there was something wrong w/ me...

    ...there probably is mentally!

    -Jeff.

*EDIT ~ Flex do you feel really light headed then feel like your gonna pass out, after you do squats? Thats what I get.
