    Muscle Seperation/Definition???

I have a few questions regarding the most effective method(s) for muscle definition/seperation.
I have read many contradictory articles and any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
A little about myself, I've been weight training since I was about 16 (am now 24) I'm around 6'1, 238-240lbs. My main problem has been consistency but this has in part been due to problems that I have had with my knees.
I've been told I'm very wide in the shoulders, chest and arms but I lack the definition I really crave.
My current BF% would probably be around 14-16% so I realize that this will need to decrease.
I'm currently using a 12 Week program consisting of four 3 week programs. I'm now into my fourth week and have noticed that I have lost weight (espically around my stomach, and my muscles (particually biceps and pecs feel alot harder unflexed)
Initially I started this program which incorporates all areas of the physiche (legs, arms, chest, rear delts, back ) but after reading Arnie's Modern Bodybuilding think that I may be on the wrong track.

Arnie's principle seems to be to work to failure on every set (perhaps with an initial warm up set) My current routine suggests working to a pre-defined limit (eg 3 sets of 10 reps with 30Kg's, 35Kg's and 45Kgs) This program also does not incorporate Super Sets, Drop Sets, However, I am already beginning to substitute these in to my routine

In your experience what would would be a better program to follow for muscle definition/seperation?

    My Supplemention is as follows
I'm using 5g of Creatine pre-workout and a good BCAA mixed with about 5g Glutamine post workout. I also take Vitamin C supplements every day and eat 4-5 meals a day incorporating as much protein as possible.

Forgive me if I've rambled on a bit but I'm just trying to provide as much info as possible.

    Cheers

Dont listen to Arnold, thats what worked for him. What you need to do is experiment untl you find something that works for YOU. Although if you have arnie's genetics and access to gear, then by all means...

    Definition is all about D-I-E-T

Yeah, don't go by any pro's routines. Those are juiced routines, so unless you juice, you're going to screw up.
