How long after cardio to wait b4 first meal?

Hi Guys, unpon waking up i have a whey shake and have a 30min cardio session a half hour later my Q is after my cardio session would it be more beneficial to wait 30min befor having my first meal or just have it asap as ive been doing.I read that your body burns calories up to an hour after cardio, or do i need nutrients right after a cardio session so my body dose not get catabolic?

Being that you are having a whey shake before doing cardio, you can wait about 30 min after cardio to get in your next meal.
