My Chest Is Sooo Weak :( :(

i started off with some chest excersices.
on my third set (lifting only 35lbs on each side) i could not lift the freakin thing no more.

i must be doin something wrong cause i always have problems lifting average weights on chest excercises., i mean i weigh 200lbs, benching 115 pds should be like butter, every other muscle i work out, i lift pretty decent lb weights.

am i crazyy or has my chest been cursed

where is the sticking point on your bench ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

How long have you been working out? Just because you are big doesn't mean you are automatically strong.. especially chest muscles. If you just started working out, then you probably never used your chest muscles for much of anything in your daily life. Give it some time and you will build up to heavier weights.
