    Calves.....high insertion point

As I have stated in the past I have little bitch calves. I have read that calves with a higher insertion point are harder to make grow.

Do you believe this? And if so is there any specialized training for it?

yes it is true. long tendons and short muscle bellies make for very stubborn body parts with not the greatest potential for hypertrophy. try drop sets and partials and use a variety of calve exercises.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Would this go hand-in-hand with being an ecto?
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
