    abs

    Hey, ive been working out my abs with the ab lounge 2, is that any better than regular crunches? My bottom 4 abs are pretty defined but i am having trouble defining my top two abs, any suggestions?

    do 2 hours a day on the ab swing. then ride the gazelle for another hour. after that, use your bowflex for 20 minutes. abs for life baby.

    Wow thats the exact opposite problem of most people, its usually they cant get the bottom and the top comes in easy. Mabye try throwing in some regular crunches...

    Although I dont even know what the ab lounge is.

    The ab lounge is just another stupid piece of equipment that doesn't do anything that a basic crunch would do

    Abs are made in the kitchen - Get a good diet and you will have a 6 pack.
