    how to not puke working out at 6am

    hey, im gonna be joining Army ROTC here in a couple days and they do PT every Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6. however, i have never been able to excercise in the morning, i always want to puke, and i have no energy. what do you recommend i do so i don't have this problem? eat at like 3 am so ive got enough energy? what can i do? dont want to look like an idiot on my first day lol

    you waited to long. you should have started prepairing for this early am training weeks ago. you get used to getting up and exercising in the morning with time.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
