I do a variation of these over a three week period (not all in the same workout) -
wrist rolls (the wood handle with rope and wt)
behind the back wrist curls w/BB
wrist curls over the knee w/BB
reverse wrist curls over the knee
    plate pinches
static hangs w/towel over a chinup bar
    BB static holds

You can also do farmers walks (which is a static hold using dumbbells and walking around)
If you always have a great day, you will always have a great life.

I cut off 2' from a shovel handle, drilled a hole in it, and ran a rope from it through a pulley hanging from the ceiling. Then with a weight on the other end, try to roll the handle which will wrap the rope around the handle and bring the weight up. It really hits your forearms and makes mine a lot more vascular.
