The best is to drink 20-25 grams of protien, 10g glutamine w/water-(no sugar) half way- to the end of weight training.

    Then cardio afterwords is fine.

Ideally, your PWO shake would be w/i 10 minutes for ultimate growth, but you are on a cut and as long as it is w/i 1 hour, you are fine. I wouldnt do it and then run.

when you consume a easily digestable protein like whey when the body is an a hypoglycemic state a good portion of it will be oxidized for fuel. you should always use both protein and carbs after a training session.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Absolutely

After I agree, but not just prior to an intense cardio. For me this would mean projectile vomiting. For me, I have to take it about 1 hour prior to the workout. IF I took it during my intense workouts, I would, as the Austrians say, "eat backwards". I can only stomach little bits of water, maybe Powerade if it is really hot.

Same with me Warrior. But I take whey w/ 1/3c of dry oats prior to a workout. Then have the same thing right after along w/ a good protein and carb meal.
