if you train with a low volume you can hit the chest 3 times a week. but it doesn't mean that it's going to be more effective for increasing strength or stimulating hypertrophy than training it with a higher volume just one day a week.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

well this is what i am currently doing.

i normally do chest, biceps, and forearms on monday, wednesday, and friday.
and for chest i do regular bench, and fly. for biceps i do DB curls and preacher curls (is that the right name?) and for foreamrs i do wrist curls and the one where you have the weight tied to a rope and you pull it up.

on tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays i do triceps and shoulders. for triceps i do DB extension and lying BB extension. shoulders i do BB shoulder press, the one where you hold heavy DB's and pull the weights up and down using your shoulders, front raises, and side raises.

i also do an ab workout and 15 minute cardio every day.

should i rotate exercises instead of doing the same ones every other day? is there something i should be doing that i'm not? any help would be appreciated.

Leg workouts are key for building a good physique. Mainly squats.

An also, don't train abs everyday. You could probably get away with training them 2-3 times per week, depending on how hard you're hitting them. They are a fast recovery muscle, but you should treat them like any other muscle group.

6 sets of squats 1 dropset of leg extentions 4 sets of deadlifts and 1 dropset of leg curls is what I do for legs.

IMO, training 6 days a week is overtraining!!! When do you have time to rest and GROW?

At first , but your body recuperates as a whole. I would never work out more than 2 days in a row. But hey, thats me!!! If it works for you then keep goin'!!!

A form of extremely high intensity training. He believes in going to failure and beyond, but doing only 1-2 working sets per body part each week. Rest pause is a technique recommended highly by DC training protocols.
