    post workout supplementation

    is it more important to have a lot of protein or a lot of carbs immediatly after your weight lifting workout to aid in your recovery?

    both, no reason to skimp on either.

    BUT, ill go out on a limb, protein...

    it is FAR better to have both

    at least 40-50g protein. about the same or slightly more high GI Carbs
