hey all. does anyone have a good link or any suggestions for a good FB workout or routines for FB workouts.
i feel i need to go back to the basics and perfect my form so that when i go back to splits i can have solid form. i feel my form might be holding me back.
and i think i could use a change from doing splits to keep mah body guessing.
so any good suggestions??
