"I can do ALL things through Christ, who strengthens me" - Philippians 4:13
"For NOTHING is impossible with GOD" - Luke 1:37

How long have you been lifting, because if you just started you can make it to 230 but if you are past newbie gains then it will be very hard. Try P/RR/S though it's a very good and free program.
i've been lifting for a few month, but if you workout right you cna get gains all the time...

Well I doubt a natural body builder can gain 50 on his bench every 8 months (that would mean some one who worked out for 6 years could bench well over 500 pounds, not likely), but your still new to this, you can make quicker gains than more experenced people.
how old are you, you can only bench 160... how old are you

I don't think he ment it like that, I think he just doesn't want to take advice from someone that is less experenced than himself. If he did mean it like that then he has a smaller ROM (he's shorter) than me and out weighs me on top of that so pound for pound we are about the same.
no not at all, i can bench more than you so dont give me advice, how much do you weigh for that bench then..
oh ya i can squat 25o and deadlift 290 so im way ahead of you...

Your naturally stronger, that doesn't mean anything.
im not naturally strong, but im smart your not thats the difference my birthday is in november so when you turn 16 and i do and we compare with our max's when we turn 16 im gonna be alot stronger than you.... dont give people adivce i dont, but ask questions for people who can give advice

If I can tell someone something that is going to help them, then I am going to tell them. The advice I give isn't my opinion, it is things I learned on this board from people way more experienced than me and you. Don't call someone stupid when they try to help you, especially if there right.
if you were right then you would be stronger than me
also i've done alot more reading than you on the subject
wow, youre a tank. Do you give autographs?Originally Posted by Trusted Employe

I don't think you understand that we don't have the same genectics, some bodybuilders started out lifting huge numbers there frist time at the gym, they didn't know anything about lifting at the time. It is also easier to move weight when your shorter because you don't have to move as far, you are stronger than me but not because you know more.
no im not a tank thats the thing, the other guy tho keeps telling people advice and he's even father away from becomming a tank then me... all i wanted was sombody to tell me the bet chest routine
Arnold Schwartznegger was 6'2 and he was the biggest so dont say you being 2 inches taller then me means anything
You need to leave this forum with that insipid, useless, obtuse attitude. Being stong doesn't correlate to knowledge.no not at all, i can bench more than you so dont give me advice, how much do you weigh for that bench then..
You clearly are a moron.if you were right then you would be stronger than me
Nobody around here is going to help you with your shitty attitude you little faggot, get out of here. I'd much rather listen to a humble, friendly, articulate ihateschoolmt than some cocky little prick who thinks he's impressive because of some shitty 180 pound bench press.all i wanted was sombody to tell me the bet chest routine
As a side note, he's about 10 times more knowledgeable than you are. I can tell this just by reading your shitty, unintelligible posts.
"in the howling bleeding nights, the dogs plunge into the Volga and swim desperately to gain the other bank. The nights of Stalingrad are a terror for them. Animals flee this hell; the hardest stones cannot bear it for long; only men endure."
Ever hear of diminishing returns, moron?but if you workout right you cna get gains all the time...

I'm 4 inches taller than you. Arnold wasn't the strongest, he was the biggest (at the time), and he was only 5'9.Originally Posted by Trusted Employe

ihateschoolmt, don't waste your time with this guy. He's a fucking moron.
mmmmm.....I took this request somewhat seriously at first until I read down the post. Then began to realise that if you can't find a bench routine on the Internet of all places, then you are as stupid as your posts reveal.Originally Posted by Trusted Employe

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
Well, Trusted Employee, I can bench 200, and squat 300, so, dont talk crap, wussy.
(lol, oh, yeah, Im tough now)
You want some good advice for chest workout? GROW SOME NUTS, LIFT HEAVY, I REP YOUR MAX, PUNK!
Now, read that post again, do I sound cool? NO, I DONT. but, I still lift more than you.
NOW, do a search, you punk, just cause your daddy doesnt love you, dont take it out on somebody who has abs

Arnold was 6'2 i did a biography on him for english..http://www.bodybuilders.com/arnold.htm
HAHAHA im just joking guys relax, and all the ones on the internet like cost money because there in those e-book things, and i found alot of othere ones but i wanted to know which was the best... next time im going to set a thread is when i can bench 275... so goodbyw for like a year or less
trusted employee youve come on here for advice so dont start a slagging contest when your given it ihateschoolmt advices was very good gains will decrease as you get older and have been lifting longer, if you want to gain more eat alot do a fixed split each week and push your self hard but you will be lucky if you can manage a few reps on 230 by september if you lucky enough to do it then next time dont be surprised if your not able to make the samegain again
EDIT: oh also some people can just bench more than others my grandad was ex army not big built bit stocky but kinda chubby tbh but he could bench more than any one ive seen so all depends on the person as well
Why don't you just chill out, kick back and try to fit in? It doesn't matter how much someone can bench.. ihateschoolmt is a good guy and we all like him here, so your next post ought to be an apology.Originally Posted by Trusted Employe
