How long have you been lifting, because if you just started you can make it to 230 but if you are past newbie gains then it will be very hard. Try P/RR/S though it's a very good and free program.

Well I doubt a natural body builder can gain 50 on his bench every 8 months (that would mean some one who worked out for 6 years could bench well over 500 pounds, not likely), but your still new to this, you can make quicker gains than more experenced people.

I don't think he ment it like that, I think he just doesn't want to take advice from someone that is less experenced than himself. If he did mean it like that then he has a smaller ROM (he's shorter) than me and out weighs me on top of that so pound for pound we are about the same.

If I can tell someone something that is going to help them, then I am going to tell them. The advice I give isn't my opinion, it is things I learned on this board from people way more experienced than me and you. Don't call someone stupid when they try to help you, especially if there right.

I don't think you understand that we don't have the same genectics, some bodybuilders started out lifting huge numbers there frist time at the gym, they didn't know anything about lifting at the time. It is also easier to move weight when your shorter because you don't have to move as far, you are stronger than me but not because you know more.

You need to leave this forum with that insipid, useless, obtuse attitude. Being stong doesn't correlate to knowledge.

if you were right then you would be stronger than me
    You clearly are a moron.

Nobody around here is going to help you with your shitty attitude you little faggot, get out of here. I'd much rather listen to a humble, friendly, articulate ihateschoolmt than some cocky little prick who thinks he's impressive because of some shitty 180 pound bench press.

As a side note, he's about 10 times more knowledgeable than you are. I can tell this just by reading your shitty, unintelligible posts.

I'm 4 inches taller than you. Arnold wasn't the strongest, he was the biggest (at the time), and he was only 5'9.

mmmmm.....I took this request somewhat seriously at first until I read down the post. Then began to realise that if you can't find a bench routine on the Internet of all places, then you are as stupid as your posts reveal.

    cheers
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

trusted employee youve come on here for advice so dont start a slagging contest when your given it ihateschoolmt advices was very good gains will decrease as you get older and have been lifting longer, if you want to gain more eat alot do a fixed split each week and push your self hard but you will be lucky if you can manage a few reps on 230 by september if you lucky enough to do it then next time dont be surprised if your not able to make the samegain again

EDIT: oh also some people can just bench more than others my grandad was ex army not big built bit stocky but kinda chubby tbh but he could bench more than any one ive seen so all depends on the person as well

Why don't you just chill out, kick back and try to fit in? It doesn't matter how much someone can bench.. ihateschoolmt is a good guy and we all like him here, so your next post ought to be an apology.
