    Question Many reps

From what I gathered in the forums, it is recommended to train abs with many more reps than the other body parts.

    1) My first questions is, are there any other body parts that should be trained using large amount of reps(more than 10), that is, what are the body parts that look better without big muscle mass, perhaps obliques, or maybe lower back?

    2) If I'll build thoroughly my body for the next 5 years, gaining huge muscle mass, won't my abs look ugly(since I trained them with 30 reps per set, and prbably didn't grow lots of mass there)?

I train my abs with 10 reps wieghted and rest of my body 7 reps and my bodys all even and big. You can stop the growth of your abs when you get them to the size you want just do the same wieghts with them.

More reps does not equate to more muscle mass. Where'd you get that idea?
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
