Yo man, you said you were almost 16, so I take it your 15. When I was 15, I was 5'10" around 130-40 at most. I didnt eat right, and I really didnt know how to workout properly. Well now, i'm a few months from 18, 6'3, and 190+ pounds. Its all about your diet, your workouts, and determination. Don't get discouraged like I did, because I read that when your under intense distress or stress related anything, a chemical released by the body breaks down muscles. Which would explain me being as small with my untreated anxiety for upteen years. Also, if your looking for bulk, suppliments along with the workout help alot, nothing illigal lol, just a simple weight gainer like N-Large or as someone suggested up there IronMags very own creation. Any questions just pm me

Some of what has been said here is true...eat eat and eat some more and keep a good training routine. This is very true....

However at your age I see no reason to be taking and muscle enhancing supplements! Your only 15 you should just workout and eat...thats it. Stay away from drugs and such...if anything start with a multi. That should be the only form of supplement you should be taking in honestly.

A PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT WILL NOT HARM HIM!!!!!!! Take some protein kid, you'll be fine. And don't forget the multis.
I'm coming in the gym, i'm coming at home, i'm coming in front of 25,000 people...it's fantastic!

Train your legs nutball. That will help the rest of your body grow as well and fight homeostatsis. Natural hormones are releases when muscles are stimulated, especially the bigger ones, and especially quads.

I am bought the program on www.FreakyGrowth.com and started it this week. It's super intense system that Wade McNutt the author says you must train the nervous system in order to grow by specific high volume training to force an increase training capacity. He sure knows his stuff I just did the legs day and I have never experienced training like he does it. I swear to god I am growing after just a couple days... but will see. I will keep you posted on how it goes. He also says legs and back training are the cornerstones of building a huge physique. Has anyone been on the program for awhile to see what its like?

Don't forget the multi...those are an essential part of muscle growth, digestive system, and overall well being. They can't hard him in moderation.

I mentioned to stay away from protein powder for now for this exact reason:

To many shakes are no good...he should try to consume real foods and only SUPP the whey. Not make it a backbone of his protein intake!

Squats will elicit the greatest growth hormone response of any lift. Therefore, your entire body will benefit.

I suggest you train your legs hard, and you eat a shitload more food. That's a good start.
