What Bodyfat are you looking to cut Neo? lol... You need to be on an all-out BULK diet right now... You've put on some muscle it looks like, but even the recent pics...your BF % must be super low... I can't see why you would be looking to cut bodyfat honestly...

    Just my opinion!

Im right up there with rock...your bf seems to be pretty low as is you should think about bulking up a few lbs. Even if you don't want that big and bulky look a few pounds will give you a more filled out look without adding the bulky look.

You can notice some def gains there...you have improved. I noticed it in your chest and arms most. But like I said before maybe its time to consider a bulk?

yeah i want to bulk but the bf calculators have told me my bodyfat is around 14%, and would like to lower it to around 8% or lower, i am currently doing 3 miles running on wednesday my day of rest as i also need to do this for army training is there anything else i can do to help lower it or is it really not worth it?

    thanks

I highly doubt you are at 14%...have you used callipers or just the ones you enter the height and weight? Callipers are the most accurate next to the hydrostatic testing.

Diet is really key to losing bf...stick to a realy clean diet and get some cardio in and you should be fine. I'd suggest you try to gain some LBM before you go into the army...they will do a fine job of making you lose all your extra bf I'm sure of it. I know many of people who have gone into service and non of them came out any higher then 5% bf.

Those are just my suggestions you can do as you please. I would think if you keep a clean diet with an excess of cals you could gain soem more weight without adding to much fat at all. Just keep your running up as a form of cardio and training for the military and eat.

Callipers vary in price but you can get a set here on IM for like $15 or so...thats what I paid for mine.

Your gym may have a pair that they could test you with...you should ask them and see if they can do it for you.

Yes food does get expensive...Im livin on nothin right now and in the same position as you. Don't worry I feel your pain LOL. Every day I reconsider signing back up for the marines...I regret not going this past summer and always contemplate going back.

I'd be willing to guess your actual BF% is below 10...based on the pictures anyway! Let us know...
