Hi guys its baseball season and i dont want to stop my lifting i need to stop benching with a flat bar..so i was wondering if it would be alright if i did bench with dumbbells decline with dumbbells and incline with dumbells then cable cross overs...? and also i need to stay away from doin biceps becuase i am a pitcher shuold i do back and that shuold give my bi's a lil nice workout? what do u guys think..and also would creatine be good to be taking during the season becuase i heard it softens your muscles and i could mess up my elbow again b.c i had tendonidious..? thanks coments would be great![]()
