    To Pyramid or not to?

How do you train? I've always been partial to a modified type of pyramid routine...for some bodyparts anyways... ie. raising the weights, and lowering the reps as i go. usually 10, 8, 6... maybe 10, 8, 8....

Is it better to pick a weight and stay with it...say in the 8 rep range?

    My goal is building mass....

    Thx.

I will typically only pyramid up on the 1st exercise. after that I jump right in to working loads.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Same here LAM. Also, you can try reverse pyramiding. I think pyramiding is fine as long as that's not the only thing your doing, mix it up a bit.

    Getting Weak Mr. "T"

Figured you'd be putting up DB 2x150x10. Now get back to the gym and finish off those DB Presses. LOL.
