Greetings I'm pretty clear on the diet and cardio aspect of this phase. What confuses me is the working max weight (ie. what percentage of my bulking max weight do I rep with) & the # sets and reps amounts. Right now I'm doing 4 sets of 8 reps with a total of 4 excercises (Per Muscle Group) increasing weight with each set. What do you guys do for the cutting phase. BTW I'm really not looking for a enormous weight drop, last year I was @ 225 before bulking I put on like 13 pounds. I would like to return to the 220 - 225 pound range.
