Reading up on Max-OT and I like it's principles. I'd like to try HIT but I don't have a spotter which I believe would really be better for that. Thing with Max-OT is it has you training 5 days in a row, 1 or 2 body parts per day. Is this because the duration of each workout is reduced from the normal 3 days a week type split? Has anyone done this and did you find 5 days in a row too taxing?
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
