    Cardo Equipment

Im looking for a low impact (due to back and other joint problems) cardio machine. I was looking into either an excercise bike or a eliptical. Any suggestions on which one I should get? Here is a link to an eliptical I was looking into:

User weight capacity is 250lb. How big are you? ... Some of the cheaper ellipticals they sell at Dicks are like toys... made out of plastic and not real sturdy.

I like elliptical machines too. Swimming is also great if you have access to a pool.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

The exercise bike provides an excellent cardio workout, I bought one earlier last year and think it's Great.
