    Help me PLEASE!

Ok people, you all seem to be very informative and know what your talking about so here are my questions. I'm about 6'1 1/2 and weigh about 205. For the last two weeks, aside from weekends, I've been doing situps and working out with my dumb bells. Both dumbells I have are 25 pounds and tend to do me justice. My questions are how can I get more ripped and what kind of workout can I do. For instance I do 60 crunches a day focuseing on the top abs, lower abs, and side abs. After that I go on to do curls and other arm and shoulder workouts. Will my chest develope with my abs??? And I can see I guess what you can call an outline of abs, just can't quite get that small amount of lower stomach fat off. WIll this come off in time??? Do I need to start running to burn more of the fat and then start heavily with the situps??? Any info is helpfull.
    Thank you

What is your diet like? That will be a huge factor for you.

I don't have all the answers but I know the most important thing you can do in your efforts to "get ripped" is to focus on your diet. A lot of people here will tell you that nice abs start in the kitchen. The stickies in the "diet and nutrition" section are a good place to start. There are a vareity of excercises you can do with the limited equipment you have but don't expect to put on a whole lot of lbm (lean body mass)
Some form of cardio will also help burn that extra fat. Which form exactly is a highly debated topic around here.

My diet mainly consist of a bowl cereal in the morning, two hard boiled eggs for lunch, and a bowl of cereal at night. I am currently attending college and taking a Nutrition class which has become rather helpfull as to what foods to eat and not eat, but as far as knowing exactly what is best to eat which will develope into fast fat burning calls is still beyond me. I do know one thing, NEVER EAT WHITE BREAD!

You definately need to get over to Diet and Nutrition. You won't get very far on cereal and a couple of eggs. You want to loose fat? Stay off the sugar.

Looks like you need to eat more! (I know it sounds odd, but it's true.)

If you don't take in enough cals every day, your body goes into starvation mode and hordes fat for fuel. You'll never get to where you're going and you'll feel like crap.

Read the sticky posts. Do what they tell you. Eat your protien and veggies, get some shakes in you, shoot for 5 or 6 meals a day. Your fuel will be ultra important to get where you want to be, but the biggest mistake people make is not eating enough. Sounds crazy, but that's the deal.
