    Smokin

    Well I recently quit smoking...not cigz either. But anyways, I noticed it did alot to my stanima considerin I never really did cardio in the first place. Well now im tryna do something about it and boost my stanima. I do drills and sprinting every other day jus to try and get my old lung strength back...anyone have any reccomendations?

    Congratulations on quitting!!

    I did exactly what you are doing. Only thing I might add is to do alternating sprints/jogs on the treadmill at varying elevations. Also, I do 1-hour ass-kickin sessions on the stairmaster.

    Keep it up, you'll gradually gain lung capacity.

    I just put on the nicoderm patch today, it seem's like it's working.I thought it took year's to get your lung capacity back to normal I now for them to fully heal it does,another question is did you feel your energy level increase right away or was it gradual?.Good job on quiting hope I can do the same cause im sick of the things
