    Ironmags Mass Routine

looking for a new routine after my week layoff and was thinking about getting back to the basics, how does this routine look and how would you modify it or would you leave it alone?

Well, since I wrote it I think it's perfect!

Really I just meant for that to be a basic guideline.

There are many things you could do differently. Such as back & bi's, chest and tri's, rather than chest & bi's and back & tri's.

You could add deadlifts, you could substitute some of the exercises, such as.... rather than upgright rows you could do dumbbell laterals.

You could do a few more sets on squats & leg press and alternate one week squats, the next leg press, rather than doing both exercises.

to me that looks more like a routine you would use for strength training.
