    bicep growth potential test

Ok I read this somewhere but I forgot where, something about taking your fingers and putting them between your flexed bicep and the "crotch" of your elbow and that distance is saposed to be a guide persay on how much growth potential you have. Has anyone else heard of this? If so how are you saposed to determine the potential growth ie: if you can fit 2 fingers you could potentially have this much growth, 3 fingers ect ect. And finally is this meathod a logical estimate or is it folklore? Thanks guys..

Genes of your bicep make up the gap like you see people with long biceps that you see out of there sleves then others have short biceps.

Exactly. The "theory" is bullshit. That gap is a tendon.

If you have long muscle heads, then you have shorter tendons, and the genetic ability to grow larger muscles.

Conversely, if you have short muscle heads and long tendons, then you do not have the genetic capability to grow as large as others.
