I have a herniated disc in my back, sometimes when doing machine rows it sort of strains my low back, I would try the machine for a while if possible before buying it.
I was looking into buying a rower but was worried about it bothering my back (due to my back injury of slipped discs). Does anyone know if rowing puts stress on the lower back?![]()
Thanks,
Josh

why do you want a rower?
My fitness coach said it would be a good total body workout for a cardio routine.Originally Posted by Robert DiMaggio
