Am about to complete 4 weeks of my 3x/week (push, pull, legs) routine. The weights and reps have been steadily increasing. Should i
a)keep going
b)do a week of light weight (50%? 60%?? of present routine?) and then contunie
c)take a week completly off and then contunie.
I did 8 weeks of basically the same routine (legs/push/pull), actually tomarrow will complete the 8th week. After tomarrow I'm taking a week off just doing cardio. I have noticed the past 3 or so week some of my lifts have stayed the same, but others have gone up, and some over using the same weight I can't get as many reps, so it's time for me to rest and change my split.
It really depends how you feel your split's going I guess. If you making gains keep going I would say. I'm just starting to get tired from the split I'm on, even if I am still making gains in some areas.

Thanks for the feedback.. i feel like going on, but sometimes a break is needed to progress.
Thats my philosophy as well. However, i have read suggestions that taking a planned break before continuing could be helpful in progressing. And thats what got me thinking.
