now say i lift chest/tris on mondays.
now is it too much volume to do:
    bench press: 3x6-8
    decline bench: 3x6-8
    incline bench: 3x6-8
    and maybe pec dec: 3x6-8
    skull crushes: 3x6-8
    BB tricep overhead extension: 3x6-8
    CG bench bench: 3x6-8

May just be me, but that seems like a buttload for training your chest...

That's too much for your chest pal

That would be 4 plus 1 if you are counting close grips as part of your chest...right?
By the way I use close grips strictly as a triceps workout.

i meant to say that i use CG for my tris.. not for chest.
but i feel like im not targeting my pecs all that well if i dont do that many excersises.. but if you thinks its too much. i guess i can bump it down to just the flat, decline, and incline and just put up more wieght and strive for more reps.
    thnks for the critique!

If it takes that much to activate your chest you may want to look into your intensity....trying uping your intensity in your workouts.
