What is the best routine for lower pecks?? I'm was looking the other day and I've started to lose some of my muscle from my lower pecks.

just a quick question. When i do declines once in a while, i feel my chest is a different shape the next day. I feel that my "lower pecs" were worked. Is that just my imagination or is there a possibility that its true?
