    Trainig And Liposuction

    For years I work on the external obliques but to no avail. On 12/09/04 I had lipo done on those love handles. Here are 2 pictures 1 of before and 1 of after.

    Note: Final form and all swelling to go down takes between 3 and 6 months to finalize. Still have quite a bit of swelling but as you'll see still a big difference and can't hardly wait for the final results.

    Im outta that.

    Im workin an office job, commerically managing oil tankers (the ships, not the trucks).

    My best friend just got sent to Iraq though, he was a hell of a lifting partner. He'll be sorely missed until he comes back in 18 months.
