Anyone ever do the pyramid training. If so how did it work for you and what results did ya see as apppose to reg training?

I assume what you're talking about is a work-out where you start out with 100 pounds, and increase the weight with each set for 3-4 sets, then decrease the weight for 3-4 sets. Right?
I use that sometimes, I think it can be effective as long as you do not use it every work-out.
I like to train heavy and by doing pyramid training I find that I am pretty much spent before doing my heaviest sets. so its not really the method for me.
