Is this an OK way to do cardio?

I usually warm up for about 2 minutes then I exercise (jog, bike, elip, whatever for the day) at about 70-80% max HR for 20 minutes. I dont really do intervals like in HIIT I just keep an eye on my HRM and maintain my HR in that range. Oh and I usually do my cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach even if I have hunger pains. Some people tell me this is fine others tell me I'm eating away my muscle.
    Some help please

    Ya youre fine.

What youre doing is similar to Max-OT Cardio, which is pretty damn good.

Yes there's a lot of different oppinions on this. Also Imo you need a min of 30 min's or more of cardio. 45-60 min's is even better
