    6 month layoff

    what should i do threw the first few weeks and soreness?should i start with upper body oneday and lower the next or go right to 1 to 2 bodyparts per workout like where i was?

    It's hard when you first layoff moths, but after a while you get used to not having them in your diet.

    I'd start with a whole body routine working just the major muscle of the legs, chest and back. That will get you back into the grove the fastest. It's gonna be rough, but worth it.
    Rules? You mean we have RULES for that???
