What exercise kicks your ass the worst?

Which exercise kicks your ass the hardest? I mean wiped out, weak kneed, wobbly armed, ass kicked.... For me, it's deads. Squats make me light headed, but deads wipe me out.

Heavy squats for me - like a 5x5 workout. Leaves me absolutely wiped.

Squats leaves me the most tired and dizzy, but nothing burns worse than "running the rack" with lateral raises. Drop sets to failure starting with 40's and going down the rack every 5 lbs. I do it every once in a while at the end of a shoulder workout just to shock them. Burns like hell.

This is not a joke !!! I was doing squats last saturday, and they always leave me fucked up after that, I hate doing legs with all my heart!! But last saturday I was done with legs and had to walk up the stairs to get out of the gym and my legs just wouldnt move, my muscles just gave up, it was so weird I cant explain it, it felt like I shit my pants and couldnt walk normal nad straigh, I had to sit down for like 5 minutes to get back on the stairs, It was scary but at the same time I felt so powerfull and proud of myself for pumping iron and its all worth it for the love of this sport....

Squats. It's the only exercise that brings me close to puking.

Dead lifts will probably make me throw up sooner or later. Squats aren't as bad for me. Maybe because I use more weight for deadlifts.

Since when is throwing up a barometer for a good workout?

Squats or deadlifts, but I really get tipped over the edge when I do some intense deadlifts.

    Most definately Deads for me!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

Squats, without a doubt. Deadlifts are definitely close though. Good mornings are also really tough.

    preacher curls..

no, actually come to think of it,

20 rep squats by far, then deadlifts, then cleans
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
